I teach weekly, in-person yoga classes in small, supportive groups across Amesbury and near Salisbury. My classes are designed to suit every body and every mood.

Whether you’re craving a dynamic, energising Yang practice or a slow, meditative Yin session, you’ll find space for it here.

All classes are suitable for every level, from complete beginners to experienced yogis, with options to challenge, restore or simply reconnect.

My Shala in Porton offers a nurturing small-group setting with just 12 mats available — ideal if you prefer a cosy, welcoming environment.
